The dilemma. Our technical department consists of one individual that has a full time job, and works for us on a voluntary basis. In fact, This is he.
I for the first time today have been informed of the trouble tickets regarding our website. I have had 0 seconds to attempt to remedy the situation. I would merely ask for 24 hours worth of time to attempt to remedy the problem. If this request does not seem reasonable then, It only seems fair that I receive a backup of the current state of all files and our SQL database. This will allow me to repair and restore the site elsewhere.

I'm willing to pay $100 to get the data. This is more than 1 years hosting with your service. I am asking for a full SQL dump of our database and complete copy of our files on the server.

Unfortunately there's no way to get any backup whether it is site, database back up, etc
