I'm so very sorry for your loss.   

You should take your other turtle to the Feathers, Scales and Tails vet -  he was excellent when I went to see him.  He's not too far away from you - in the Westminster area.   I used to live in Owings Mills.  Turtle illness can be so fatal and I would hate to see your other turtle get sick as well -  even when they don't look sick you should still take a turtle to the vet.  Once they start showing symptoms of illness it's often  too late.
